why is this happening and is it happening to other people?

heres my prob i start up the launcher, it checks for updates and patches, finds the patch, launcher closes, patch downloads, new launcher window opens searches for new updates and patches again, then it says "downloading patch...", so i wait. 10 min later the status bar still says downloading patch, i shut down the launcher and an "Error Occured" sign appears says "See the logfile 'C:\Programfiles\Outspark\launcher\outspark.exe.lo g' for details, so i do the exact same process happens again. so i come to this site and look for the way to fix it, i find the link that is to download the patch manually and yet the same process still occures now i have no whereelse to look so im posting this here in hopes that someone will tell me what is going on.

also i never had a problem with the game until the patches started occurring now i get game lag, log issues, server connection problems, the whole mess.

and that is wait just like everybody..:P i wait 2 :(

Dude, I just posted about this exact same problem. Can you try looking around a bit before you post an entirely new thread?

I start the launcher, it says downloading patch...but then nothing happens...when i finally close the launcher I get message to check the log file...which says:

same thing happening with me but i close and restart launcher but nothin happens. i think im going to restart comp first then try that has helped me before.

We have had many users reporting issues with updating to our newest patch. There is a known issue and at this time until it has completely resolved, I would recommend that you close the launcher, then re-open it and try again. It has taken numerous people 2-3 retries but eventually I promise it will work!
