I have Directx9.0c but every time I try to run the installer for Fiesta it says i do not have it and it is really getting annoying? Any tips or am I just not gonna play the game?

You may want to try reinstalling your graphics drivers. If you computer does indeed have DX9 installed there should be no reason for Fiesta to tell you that you do not. Have you tried reinstalling the DX9 drivers from Microsoft's website?
