Demo Hit/Conc Charge

Hello there guys, I got a couple fighter doubts I'd like to clear out:

1. Demoralizing Hit - How long does it last? 30 seconds? 5 minutes? Until the mob gets killed?

2. Concussive Charge - Some people tell me not to stun mobs that are being tanked because it breaks the aggro. Is this true? Is there any, even slight, effect on the aggro of the mobs when you stun them?

The stun thing is true. If you stun the mob, after stun ends it'll attack the first player that hits it, so the mob will often go after the mages/archers that attack from behind.
