having troubles

have a level 30 warrior never had robsbefore but for some reason now i cant log into the first server with him sorta sucks went thru all tha work to level up etc etc and now cant log in just takes 4 ever then says disconnected from server my girlfriend has no prob logging in but its a diferent server she connects to:mad:o this sucks

Yes, our CS team can help you with this issue. In the meantime, we can reset your character to Roumen, as this may resolve it. What is your character name and server?

Cypion is the server i am on

QuestingBeasts is my guild

Currently in Forest Mist have no prob going back to Roumen

Is steelrsrckk, the character you are having issues logging in with? I checked and he is not the level 30 warrior you originally mentioned.

yea he is level 28 i believe

yea i just checked same prob still cant log in into that server can log into the others but not cypion

I have just reset your character to Roumen. You should now be able to log-in, however if you still encounter issues, then you will have to get further assistance from our CS team, thanks.
