Lagging! Bad!

Hey my connection seems to be bad or something cause im lagging really bad when i play, and when im not playing my internet is great and really fast so what can i do to make my connection better? if anyone has any ideas please let me know.

I have some suggestions that may help you.

1. Please make sure you are not behind a proxy server.
2. Please make sure your firewall is allowing the transmission between our server and your PC.
3. Please make sure other online games work wih your PC.

Please contact us with your system configuration. Generally lag is attributted to a graphics card under minimum specs, or your internet connection having issues. Please contact us directly at the Help link located in the upper right hand corner.

Let me give you step by instruction on how to use our Help desk....

1. Click on Help.
2. Look for a FAQ in knowledgebase.
3. After you have looked at a FAQ you will see "submit a ticket". Click on that.
4. Please follow the directions from that page.
5. Please fill out as much information as you can.
6. Please provide as much detail as you can.
7. Submit the ticket.
