1. You must either complete the shadow dungeon quest or Buy a license and stamp it onto your weapon, you get different titles by how much of the monster you've killed.

2. you must press K and go onto Alchemy, then choose your production skills (choose scroll and one other one) then buy the scroll production learning skill from Skill merchant Rubi (It's under alchemy). Then press k and go onto alchemy again then right or left click the scroll production skill icon and see what materials you need to make one.

Yes on the same servers, put it in storage and your characters on the server can share them.

Your welcome but let me elaborate on how to get like 'Ratman Killer' Title.

Buy a Ratman license from weapon title Zach, then talk to him again and click the thing next to Purchase (Can't remember it) unequip your weapon and put the Ratman license in a box, then click stamp.
