Login Screen Question [Archive]

I've been having lots of lag lately and I thought it was my firewall, so I went into Windows Firewall options (the only firewall I use) and went to the "Exceptions" tab, browsed, found outspark, and added it to my exceptions. I launched the program, it installed a few patches, and the login screen changed! It used to be "Account Name" and "Password" but now it's this:

Is this how it's supposed to be?
