I took my conquest helmet +4 ap6 to the blacksmith and enhanced it i got a success but my helmet remand +4 ap6 could you please explain why

How many times did it take before it sucdeeded.
I don't know if you know this, but if your gear is +4 and you try to enhance it but fails it goes back to +3. So if your first try failed when you went to enhance your gear it would've gone back to +3/6ap so it would end up at +4/6ap if the enhancement after that succeeeded.
If your item was at +4/6ap when you went to enhance and it was succes on the very first try, but it stayed +4/6ap then you should contact a csr.
