For Rogues, Dex increases Attack Power; Spr Increases HP and Int increases MP for all classes.

A good balanced build is 6Dex+3Spr at character creation, 3Dex+1Spr from lvls 1-30, and 3Dex+2Spr Even levels / 4Dex+1Spr Odd levels from levels 30 and up. Decent damage and you won't die too quickly.

If you're really obsessed with damage dealing, go all Dex. You'll just die really quickly, so I wouldn't recommend it.

There is a way to reset stats, but it's too expensive, at least for me.
It's in the cash shop and you can buy 1 or 10 at a time (each one resets 1 stat point).
Don't add str to rogues, it's useless.

For the record, these stats affect damage of the following classes:

STR: monk and fighter
DEX: archer and rogue
INT: mage and priest.

Don't worry if you added 1 str or 2, it's fine.
However, if you added lots and you think those stats really would have been useful on DEX or SPR, I suggest you to create a new character, it's not very difficult to level from 1~22.

Don't forget to add a mentor, you get 50% exp boost until lvl30 for having one.

These are merely suggested builds.

You only need to put points into Dex, Spr, and Int. Str only adds damage if you use the level 7 and below novice weapons. Only Two stat Builds for Rogues Pure Dex or 3:1 Dex:Spr since this class lacks both damage and defense adding any points into Str or Int isn't suggested.

The type of build you use will vary depending on what you plan on advancing to for the second job. Rogues can become either an Assassin or a Trapper.

Assassin

* 2 DEX, 2 SPR
* 3 DEX, 1 SPR

Trapper

* 4 DEX, 3 DEX, 1 SPR Every other level.
* 3 DEX, 1 SPR

Full DEX could also be used, but would have less defense and health.
