Kron Storage

My character name is bowler lv32. I have been tryin to do the kron storage quest and it is not workin. I geet to the part where you talk to yozette and he doesnt say anything. It will not work What should i do? I want to be able to use storage.

Open your quest log and delete the skill masters request which has you going into the sewers/culverts.
