Meridan R found in game that's tradeable is ONLY used for a lvl 65 quest, do not confuse it with Meridian R found in the cash shop used for alchemist enhancement. I'm not really sure on how much they are worth since they are a relatively easy drop in cobalt cave. Hardly anybody ever does that quest as it requires Fairy Powder which is used for the pet quest as well.
