Well hello there, I'm glad I went to the forums while the server is down :D

Anyhow, I'm 24, female, in Atlantic Canada, and I'm on everyday..for at least a bit. (shh, okok, somedays, a long bit. but my shop is almost always open while I work from home, so I"m almost always avail to help out)

Just in case you're not aware, there's a Templar Knights guild on Teva. ;) It would be sort of strange if you have our name flipped around, and people might get confused and associate your actions with us. So if you didn't spend the 300s on the guild yet, it'd really be appreciated if you could choose a different name. :)

LOL it is said that imatation is the sincerest form of flattery. Everyone needs to remember though that even with Templar Knights being a "cool" name it was also based off of a real historical military unit, so I do not think it will be uncommon to see different versions of the name. There is a chance that actions of one guild will be attributed to the other so both guilds will have to watch for that. At least the two guilds will be on different servers which should remove a bit of confusion- TemplarKnights on Teva (I forget which guild number we are, I'll edit this later :)) and Knights_Templar on Bijou. Another difference is that TemplarKnights is a gVg guild while Knights_Templar appears that it will go the non gVg route. Other than that I see mostly similiarites between the two guilds, our major concern deals with some of the things (rules) that are either missing from this guild or were not considered at the time:

1) a NO botting policy

2) all characters who join to be respectfull of other players, we do not endorse stealing kills, foul language (either on forum or in game)

3) being helpful to other players even the "newbs"

These are things that the guildmaster might want to consider for your guild. It would be wonderful if any and all templar guilds keep a fairly high standard so the name is not sullied :). I am sure that other guilds that will have names "modifyied" to be used in other servers feel the same way. Best of luck to you guys and if I can be of any help please let me know. Even though we are on seperate servers the information should be the same so we might have advice that you can use or vice-versa.

That right there sold me on the guild. I'm an avid fan of theorycraft in games, and love helping players (though I will admit not always in the powerleveling or party grinding way). Seems like the guild would attract an assortment of likeminded individuals. In addition, I love having guild chatter on the screen when running around in an MMO and love networking and socializing to boot.

Anyway, a bit about me. I'm an MMO veteran (Ragnarok 1, World of Warcraft, Rappelz, Flyff, Sword of the New World, and a few others) that's been playing this game for around three weeks. So far I'm enjoying it and think it will probably keep my attention until next summer when Aion comes out (or possibly a bit longer assuming I haven't upgraded my PC by then). I'm quite a chatterbox (as a matter of fact was going to make a guild named that :p), and am a generally enjoyable person. I enjoying giving and helping out my guild, and am a strong advocate of good guild communication and fiarness among all members. As a matter of fact, back in my WoW days I was the priest officer for the 16th ranked guild on Blackhand :p. Anyways, all that aside, I'm just looking to find a good group of people that I spend my days on Fiesta chatting with. ^_^

On a special note, if I am accepted, I often leave my vendor (Vel) logged in all day selling, so I might not immediately accept a friend or guild invite.

Have been a gamer for a long time, but based on everyone else's comments, I'm a relative newb to MMOs. I'm fascinated by the concept.

Played Puzzle Pirates for several months and dabbled with DOFUS. It was very sweet of you to check in :D lol Things have been going quite well, we have a great little group of people, and we all strive to help each other, and to keep up appearances on the Templar name ;)

Though if there was one thing lol..Seems as though some people are having trouble understanding that we are non-warring, and a few of our players (myself included) get harassed by memebers of other guilds trying to get us to war. If we don't (and we can't) comply, we are kited on/spammed until the player loses interest in us.

Other than that, I'm loving it! :D Hope things are well for you also.

The reason I want to join the guild is to make friends young/old/beginner/veteran - you name it. I played AO / Eve / EQ / WoW / SoR for like 6 years til I figured that I spend more time with my toon than I spend with my family. I took a break from that.. then I tried a game for kids. Once you can ignore the look / graphics Fiesta is a nice game. I don't know yet if I'm going to pay for it when is released, I suppose yes if they fix the bugs/exploits AND those horrid typos (hiding nearybay characters - lol).

Been playing MMO's since D1. Spent most my time on GW though, as a alpha tester for a stit as well. Moved on to WoW, got bored pretty fast and started playing games like DOMO, 2Moons, etc. and ended up here. Think I finally found a game worth my time it seams. I knew I wanted to join this guild as soon as I saw the tag run by me, so I decided to check if your on the forums to see if your what I been looking for. The cleric isn't my first character, but it's the one I liked most after getting a few to 15 and starting over.

No PvP is also a plus to me, as to if I wanted to prove I was better than someone at something I'd rather play Halo 3 for that, or some racing game. MMO's are about having fun in a community, not killing all your fellow players.
