View Full Version : Can't Log in to the game

I put in the correct log in stuff but then the screen goes white like it always does but then cuts off and goes to the launcher again?!? I am runing the computer like I always do, no firewalls or other preventing things because it worked just fine last night. I was just wondering if theres a patch problem or if it's just messed up? Any one else doin' this? Ive even tried another account and it wont work, the same thing happens.

Omg, EXACTLY the same as me, Its just white, Nothing else, I havent even seen the log in before...

It seems like your friend is having an internet connection issue to our hosting servers. There were numerous reports of players having issues updating their Outspark Launcher yesterday. If he is still having trouble updating to our newest launcher, I have a direct link that he can use. That can be found here (http://cdn2.outspark.com/patches/launcher/Launcher.Patch.1.5.86.exe).
If he's having any other issues, you can refer to him to support@outspark.com and we can better address his issue.
