Help! Cant relocate Elrues...

Yeah, this is the first time I am enhancing my staff, and I cant relocate my elrues. It tells me to press Shift key and left click at the same time, but nothing!! :confused: I cant enhance, so can someone help me please?

hold shift and left click the item to relocate them

It still isnt relocating the 8 elrues I have to another slot. :(

when you hold shift left click the item that you want to relocate while in the item menu a little menu will pop up and you can choose the number to move

I don't know if this could be the problem but sometimes when I've been playing for a while and I try to move certain item stacks I get an error that says "failed to move items." When that happens I have to log out and back in before I can move them again :\
