Ugh! Cleric lvl 60 sucks.

The lvl 60 job change stinks. Got me about 3 tries before I got it as a cleric. The guides are helpful though. Run into the mobs as soon as they appear, and pull the others away from the NPCs with bashing & healing. Don't stay near the NPCs & don't let them handle more than 3 monsters at most.

As someone who did it first try, I spent the majority of the time topless and without a shield to keep sucking up the damage and spamming Rejuv.

Took me 3 times as well but got it :3 yeah it does suck trying to do that as a cleric though o_e the mobs seem to like the NPCs better.

I failed the jobchange once on my cleric at 2mins something when I was bragging to a friend in whisper, telling her how easy part 3 was >_>

Yeah, I passed after my 3rd try. Spamming rejuv didn't work for me for some reason O.o although that's what people suggested doing. I didn't get agrro fast enough that way, so when I saw a mob gather around the NPC's, I hit 1 of themn once, ran away, and gathered the mob with me. That seemed to work best for me O.o

Haha I remember freaking out because everyone kept telling me it was hard and to spam rejuv and what-not. I basically went all-out, used every scroll and pot I had in storage, and then ended up having to un-equip all of my armor except my shield and either my helm or boots because I wasn't taking enough damage to generate enough aggro from my heals.

Got it in one tho :P. Strangely, I think because I was far more worried about the archer than the fighter, the archer never even came close to dying, but the fighter had quite a few panicky moments...

When I was about to hit 60 I read posts from many clerics, ones that have passed job change, say it was very hard to do without AoE.

Parts 1 and 2 were easy as pie, but when I got to part 3 I felt that I might actually fail job change for the first time ever-lol never failed it once even with mage and archer (this is of course, job change in general). xD However, I managed part 3 with little difficulty. I made use of the some of the advice that people have said: spam-healing/rejuv to generate aggro and go after mobs targeting Elderine and take some off of Roumen. I didn't take off the armor of course because I didn't want to. All my gears were STR except my top. None of my gears were enhanced-didn't want to waste my money on new gears. Anyway, things started to make sense half-way and I started to understand why people said this and that. Eventually I succeed and pass the job change on my first try. ^ ^

i didn't even worry about roumen when i did it. I just made sure i ran into the mob that was closest to elderine. i had nothing special, all npc bought stuff. i just made sure i was grabbing the enemies off of elderine, and then roumen, before i killed any that was on me.

Frankly, I was disappointed by the third part. ;) I had read all the horror stories, and I went in with my +0 and poorly statted gear expecting to fail disastrously, but everything went well. The trick seemed to be to intercept the spawns before they swarmed the NPCs.

It was more difficult doing it on a cleric than a mage that's for sure, I just ran around spam healing and didn't really hit anything, the archer kept on moving around and almost died several times T^T

I've only ever done it on my cleric. I was scared from all the horror stories. But I did it fine on my first try with unenhanced gear and the level 55 set of armor on. I didn't remove any armor, just spam healed and took the mobs off the archer.

It was horrible, considering I'm full end, +0 hammer, and bash/trip have no empowerments.

The first time I thought it would be easy, seeing how the mobs were hitting really low on me, but I was wrong lmao ._. Elderine died on me with around 2 minutes left. Then my next try I took off pants/boots and helm, and It went a lot easier, seeing I was actually having to heal something, and I felt stupid, because the previous attempt I went in fully scrolled(and with t3 str/dex pots), the second time, when I actually won, all I had was a t3 vit scroll for the extra hp, so I could have more hp to spam heal lol :c
