Orc License bug and error

I have a problem with an Orc lic. It took me several tries to register it to my lvl 40 staff. Kept getting and error message. Finally after several tries it registered.

Now I've been killing Orcs for about 10 hours and the percent is still not going up.

Yes it is the right lic for the Orcs I'm killing. I've had several people check it out.

I can't remove the lic and it won't let me register another one. It's a +3 staff so I don't want to buy a new one.

Is there something that can be done about this problem?

The character is "Elric" on the Teva server.

Quick questions, soloing the orcs or grouping them? Whoever gets the last/final hit in gets the registration on their license if they have it.

Partied with a cleric that is just healing me and not hitting at all. I'm making all the kills.

Ok sounds like its broken then. I thought mine was broken until I realized it takes about 7 orcs to make 1% or so. Sloooooow license. >.<*

I heard it was a slow lic. So I gave it several hours before mentioning it. Probably have 100 kills on it.

I had the same problem.

I logged back on and un equiped and then re-equiped.
For some reason it's now registering.

Secondly my Pinky licence isnt registering.

I havent tried my King Mushroom yet so i dunno about that one.

I've relogged several times. Un-equiped and re-equiped several times also. I'll be killing lots of Orcs so it would really be helpfull to have a functioning lic.
