failed to connect to server

I turned off my fire wall and it still said that failed to connect to server.
i have been reading forums about connection problems and all they say is to turn off the fire walls.
Is there any other way to connect to server? If so plz help!!!

I get the same problem be4,i try to turn off firewall,but it not work also...
try redownload the game again or buy a better internet,it might be work!!!

The servers are currently down at the moment.

If you get an error message other than
"Connection to the server has failed", the please feel free to the read the troubleshooting section.

If you do have the error "Connection to the server has failed", the please stop making useless threads. Only a couple of threads are needed for this issue.

There is also a great search option available on the top of the forums to assit with you any questions. Please take advantage of this wonderful feature.
