I have two questions about the Hunter's Voucher in the Fiesta Store.
1) Does it last for 15 days from the moment you purchase it, or do you activate it from your character and start the timer there.
2) How does it work when you're in a party? Does it increase item drops rates completely, or only when you have the final hit?
