I am being disconnected from the server

Well my problem is when I get in the game and play just a little and I am disconnected from the server and this is the times and has often it is then then someone know what's happening please leave a response here in the topic

PS: I am Brazilian and I do not know speak English if not asking much for me to write correctly translate
