RUDE and INAPPROPRIATE in-game behavior

Hi,
im playin this game from 6 months and i love it.
unfortunately happens to meet people that make me angry.
After so many times, i've decided to notice that to all, nice and quiet people, and GMs too.

There are so many ppl who offend, are rude, and use bad words.

just made a screenshot where someone tells me "you suck". I do not know this person.
(sorry if I repeat what he said to me, is right to know).

Someone saying 'You suck' is not the worst thing ive heard in this game. I suggest just blocking that person..

You can contact a CSR here since they are the ones that deal with banning issues not GMs. http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list
Just go to submit a ticket.

There will probally be no action taken against a person saying "you suck", but if a person is using foul language, racial slurs, or repeatedly harrasing you then that person will probally be banned. Best to include screenshots of the person saying these things and you asking them politely to stop.

In SoS there is no option to block players so the only option is to avoid these players and turn off whispers or log off.

Take a screenshot with the Print SCRN button. Find the file on your computer and upload it to the CSR form.

Tis a sad thing when a handful of people can make it unfun for someone. :(

Just to reiterate what has been said:

Please screen shot the issue (Print Screen button on your keyboard), which is usually saved in the Secret of the Solstice folder in your "My Documents".

Submit a ticket (the Contact CSR link in my signature, or visit Support.Outspark.Com ), and attach the screenshot.

DO NOT alter the screenshot in any way. No need to rename it or edit it or circle anything. Just send it in as-is.


As always in these situations:
Do not respond to the person bothering you. Ignore them.
ALWAYS screenshot the situation.
Report the problem to CS! ^__^.

anyway, this game is intended for 13+ year olds so "you suck" probably would not warrant that much of a punishment if that
