Question concerning Red Eye / Blue Mile

Can you use both of these at the same time during refining?

I've been thinking of purchasing some to make my level 50 shield and hammer a bit better, and was curious.

If so...to those who have, how well has it worked for you? Thanks for the help.

both work at same time but there is still a good chance it will break your weapon:) i used few before and out of 10 i got 1 downgrade no break uising both same time
