i wanted to buy sparkcash, however i searched throughout the website but couldn't find out how to. i went to the help page and their answer is "SparkCash can be purchased from the Outspark website using electronic payment services such as PayPal and PayByCash. Visit the SparkCash page to learn more. " so i visited the sparkcash page. here's wad i see:

for those who can't see the pic, all it says is "what is paypal" and "what is paybycash" over and over again. umm, so i have no idea how to buy sparkcash ><
