You're an Apprentice, you should go full INT. Once you get Magic Fire, slowly work your way up to a maximum of 8-10 MEN. Other than that, all you need is Int.

And a little bit of power so that you can use your staff - right-clicking the staff, it will give u an info box, which will tell you how much power you need to use it. :)

Focus mostly on Int, that'll be your primary stat.

Only add to MEN when you have extra points to spend (usually every 5th and 10th level). Don't exceed 8 to 10 MEN or your spells won't be as strong as they could be.

You need to add one point of POW for new staves, which can be equipped at each of the following levels: 43, 54, 66, 80, 96, 112, 131, 150, 172.

Don't bother pulling up WIS. It looks cool seeing a huge MP pool, but that's just more time and potions you spend refilling it once it's dry; better to save those points for INT for extra power behind your spells.

So when I get like level 50 it will give me extra points also how many points to I put on int all of my points?

just adding on, is thr like a breakpoint for MEN where we shld increase it to and leave it there?
Or is it a static increase where we just add as we think we need it?

By "breakpoint" as you have defined it, I'd have to answer yes. It's at 8 MEN.

It's nowhere near as noticeable as it is with the other classes (especially Archers and Templars) because of the relatively slow casting speed Mages have. Being in the 8 to 10 MEN range and full INT with just enough POW for new staves gives you the optimum balance between skill critical, casting speed, and damage.

So, the build is enough POW for staff -> work towards 8-10 MEN (try to arrive there between levels 46 and 56 if possible) -> everything else into INT.

Nice, thanks. Just to be clear, thats 8 MEN total, inclusive of the starting 1 point yea?

And breakpoint usually means (to me anyway) the exact number where you get a noticeable difference from the one before it. For example a user with 8 MEN would cast obviously faster than one with 7.
Also, someone with 9 MEN would not cast obviously faster than the one with 8.

Sorry to be nitpicking haha.
