what monsters drop tough meat and spirt fruit most?

im sitting here in forest of tides killing joker kebings and they're dropping more spirt fruit then anything else and they're elemental...so then what monsters drop tough meat a lot or both of them a lot? :confused:

Beast Monsters, try little Lizardmen. Or if you're too low of a level: Ratmen and Boars
