Hello. To the GM it may concern, I have been told not to post about banned accounts on the open forum. But I wasen't quite sure how to conctact you. I have recieved an e-mail quoting "I have threatend to hack people". Which is indeed not so.. Id appreciate it if the proof was e-mailed to me at [removed] . I would like to see exactly what I did wrong, seeing as I didn't threaten anybody.. It has also come to my attention that players have been saying I hacked them, which is also incorrect. I would hope that I was not banned for a silly rumor.
So im sorry about the post - I didn't quite know how to conctact you. I cannot find the customer service "place" on the game site.
Excuse me,
Best regards,

Go to http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/ask to ask a question. You should delete this post once you have just so you can save the CSR and GM's a little grief.
They needed proof to even ban the account in the first place, nothing needs to be proven to you. Once the account has been banned, there can be no negotiation. Any and all appeals regarding your question will just be ignored.
I'm sorry but you know what you did wrong.

Well "yetti" I also think that you should watch what you post. This is, quite frankly none of your buisness. So if you could please mind your own, that would be great. Seeing as to you " I know what I did wrong ", quite frankly that is not the case. I have no idea.
Mind your own ~

You posted this publicly. I answered your question, if it's not the one you were looking for then send a ticket to the CSR. But they will give you the same answer. Don't get mad at me for your own mistakes.

Oh I am sorry you mis-inturpretted my frustration with madness. I am not mad at you, but if you had read the post it said "To the GM it may concern". If you are not a GM I don't expect you to comment. Thank you for your co-operation.
Thanks -

Account ban is not open for public discussion. Also, please refrain from trolling/flaming.
The best way to find out why an account was banned is to contact CS. You can reach them via the link in my signature. CS should send you an email to your private email acct, the one you signed up with. Be sure to check the inbox and your spam folder too.
