Can't equip items

I just turned lvl 20 and Hawk Archer, yet I cant equip my new bow or my shirt. It is not recognizing me as a Hawk Archer class. I can equip lvl 20 items, but not items that require u to be a Hawk Archer, any help please??

First of all this isn't a bug.

Secondly, you need to talk to your respective class NPC in Elderine by the water fountain to begin your graduation quest (to be able to use anything level 20 and on).

It is NOT a bug young grasshopper...You must ****** the pepple from my hand and complete this quest:

Then and ONLY then will I allow you to equip 20+ level gear and use the 20+ skills!
