Can't pickup drops from lower lvl monsters

Since the last patch if i kill a monster bellow my lvl it lets me select the drop and it walks me to it but i cannot pick it up. i have reloged rebooted and tryed a few maps and opened a CSR ticked (no response yet today). same effect.
any ideas?

buy sum beans for ur pets and try one out to see if that helps til u can get CSR 2 fix the problem

Is your inventory full? If your spend items or gears or other items are full in inventory, you won't be able to pick up any of those type of drops. Bank some of them in the hotel and see if you can pick up the drops then.

Inventory is not full I can move to a higher lvl map and pick up the same drop or drops of the same type. Still no word from CSR hope it gets fixes tonight with maintence.

After 10 days, my friend doesnt get a solution of this problem. How can it be possible?

If your friend submitted a ticket to CSR and has not yet received a response, they may wish to check their Spam folders, or visit their Ticket History via the Support button on the top of the page to be sure that they did not miss the reply! :)

But he got responses, like "send a list of maps where it happens", "send a list of items" etc. He didnt miss any reply... it is just that after 10 days it hasnt been solved.
