Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure most of Cypion has figured out that it takes teamwork.

For one thing, saying and agreeing to do something does not necessarily mean everyone will follow through.

Also, I don't really think they designed the newer Helga (don't even start with Karen) for these younger, less populated and less high level servers.

It might take a year or more, but as long as they don't buff them up too much more, your time will come eventually.

Just a general fact that most people don't know how to raid, lack of experience, and availability, oh and Helga was buffed up (though, I know it's not as much as people claim it to be -_-;; )

As temperdhallow stated... You're only 7x... You do not qualify for neither Helga nor Karen as you would just get annihilated by the mobs there...let alone the boss.

Sorry, i don't agree with you.
It's not BS or drama anymore here. I am positive the top players and guilds of the server actually KNOW how to organize a Raid working together, putting rivality aside. But i also think there is still a lack of communication within the whole server.
I pretty know HT's the "Top Map" where everyone would like to go to prove their abilities and such, but again, if we want a serious raid, level <95 people should stop running there like chickens every time they smell a raid going on. That is one of the things that make the Raid go "bye bye".
Also, i hope you're aware Helga has been recently buffed, making a raid even more hard.
If there was a strategy good for the "old Helga", i don't think it would work for the new one.
Let's face the fact Cypion's a young server, with less players than Bijou, and way more less Prestiges than there. (Off Topic: How many Prestiges do we have now? o.o )
Unfortunately, even with less players there are still big egos, and i won't forget the post of a player from another server, saying something like: "I tried giving advices to a Guardian but i was told to shut up". That was one of the saddest things i've ever heard in-game.
It was a while ago though, i hope someone has learned some humility

I was there at raid and i don't even know who that "I am here to help organize" person is. As far as I know, mr"L" was the leader and apparently that "person" never even introduced to anyone. There was 10lines going up every second and you expect ppl to read what random nub say?

BTW, that cleric told me she was following mr"L"'s instruction of get in pt instead of that "person"'s instruction of outside heal. And saying "i am talking to "L"" is different from "STFU you nub from other server" so if that idiot wanted to blame someone he should have blamed himself for fail leadership or me"L"for interupting his order not first capped Guardian in the server when all she said was "I am talking to "L""

Seriously, does anyone even notice there was this "person"? all I remember is there was bunch of low lvl nobs and they were making lots of noise. I am (as voted by Cypion, go find the thread somewhere. ;3 ) the best Mage on the server. I still have a Guild, just because a portion of the members moved out, doesn't coherently mean the Guild is dead.

I'm pretty bored and a server raid sounds fun. There are so many new players now that came out of no where. Someone organize one (even if its fail)! I'm pretty sure I can talk at least 20+ people into going...
