You neglect a few things... one of which is that there's 3 or more on these forums that have been in the INFOSEC field 10+ years, one of which is me. That said, to find the exact living location of the person, you'd have to A) compromise 1 or more networks at the federal level, B) compromise databases that some of the worlds best can't even get close to, let alone compromise, C) compromise at least 1 telephone NOC, and then D) understand how to calculate cable lengths to distances with cable maps, and how CP&M teams at that level work with multi-split pairs in X-boxes.

First of all, don't type every word with the first letter capitalized. It would indicate importance, yet the post of yours that you posted did not contain any importance at all. Also you type so that other people can read. If you got something to say that you don't want other people to read, than don't type it out. It saves you the trouble. But if you truly believe that your message needs to be read, than make it readable. I'd rather read a worse Engrish than your Engrish with your way of typing. I know, I know, it isn't your way, you simply copied it from somebody else that thought it would be cool. But because you put all your hard work in putting a capitalized letter infront of every word you also get an immense number of typos. Few examples: "Befor" and "Angain".

I find people like you hilarious as well, truly. People that will find any means necessary to show that their knowledge of the English language is even better. But I was talking about proper English, not perfect English. There's a difference in that. My message was proper English. Proper English is the English with which you can pass exams and can be read normally. Surely there are a few definitions across the globe defining 'proper' English. Proper English for someone from England is probably far more strict than that in the US.
If you with all your wits did not think I would have used the word proper properly, in the definition of my country, and probably several others. Then that would be your fault, not mine. And I believe that the definition I gave for proper English is a pretty commonly used one. Maybe it's been put in a different sentence or they have a wider concept than what I have written. (As I, of course, did not write all that I thought) But it does mostly come down to what I said.
I know my English isn't perfect, far from it perhaps. But I checked my message just now, yes there are some grammatical errors in it. But keep in mind to be objective, I was mostly pointing out to a more readable text. I never said he should master the English language, I chose the word control for a reason.

Second part where you're so funny was when you said that I was trying to insult him. Surely I did "insult" a little bit at the end, but your message was focused not on the last part, but mostly about me advising him in a bit proper English, or at least in a more readable text. If advice is in your vocabulary the same as an insult, then I sure hope you're as perfect as hell, besides what I mentioned above. Otherwise you'd get insulted a lot in your life.
But if you're working at an ISP company, and an ISP company is an IT company, you'd normally have to have an adequate English. This goes for just about any IT environment.

But I'll just name a few things why the message did not seem completely correct in a few ways.
First of all, it was late. So any mishaps with speak/type would have that as its cause or possibly that because I was using "speak" because I was saying the sentences in my head.
Second of all, English is not my first language. But my use of the English language still exceeds that of many people that do have English as their first language. That is a fact.
Third, I didn't check my post for any grammatical nor spelling mistakes. I typed it as I'm typing right now, simply what comes to mind. And yes, sometimes my sentence do become a bit blurry. And yes, I did advise him to re-read his messages, but there's quite a big difference between what I type, and what he had.

I have barely any doubt that you'll try to say something about it because people like you usually do. Yes, I have encountered more people like you.
