If you ever want to have some form of 'DPS' you'll need to empower Bash and get the best version at all times. If you never plan on soloing or attacking, don't bother.

Hello.
How can I use this skill? I empowered it I think, it's in the Active skill. I don't konw how to use it.

Drag the skill by clicking it once and drop it into one of your skill slots, target a mob and press the skill slot number that you have assigned it to.
Works for all other skills too.
