Put them into one of the numbered boxes at the bottom and press the number of the box.

Quick tip: These are forums, not chat rooms. It may take a little while (over an hour) for people to see and respond to you. Besides, a second reply right after your post is called 'double posting' and is VERY bad form.

In any case, the 'quick use' way of using potions or other items is to right click them.

The better way if you plan on using them alot is to put them into your hotkeys (the row of boxes that are numbered, usually on the bottom of the screen). left click on the item and move it into one of the boxes to make it go into the box (if it doesn't, try again and try to make the box highlight before clicking to put it in).

Then, whenever you want to use it, just press the number that goes with the box the item is in (i.e. if it's in the '1' box, press the number '1'). It works for potions, other useable items, skills (in fact, this is the main way to use skills) and many other things.

Sidenote: along with healing potions, you also have HP and SP stones, which also heal you. They are NOT in your inventory, but show up by your character picture on the top left (the red and blue stones with numbers inside them). Pressing Q or clicking the red stone uses an HP stone while pressing 'E' or clicking the blue stone uses the SP one. Those are good for when you run out of HP potions, don't want to use them up (there's a NPC store that sells stones but no NPC sells potions) or when you've already used a potion (there's a delay before you can drink another potion).

Another Tip: The introduction forum is NOT the place to ask for help (they are to introduce yourself to the group: a 'hi' instead of a 'help'). Also, bumping your own thread is ALSO bad form.
