Welcome to WitchHaven’s guild thread!

Our Guild Master is ishiama.

We are currently a non-warring guild, though we may change that at an undetermined date. We welcome new, active members, level 80 and up. Please contact an admin or member if you’re interested in joining.

We expect a few things from our members:

Respect other members. We consider ourselves family. You don’t have to like each other, but we do expect you to treat each other with a little respect, both in game and on the forums. There’s bound to be some differences of opinion come up among so many different people. Try to work it out in a nice way, preferably in party chat or whisper. If it can’t be worked out, talk with the GM or an Admin. Please, no flaming each other. Agree to disagree.

Try to be as helpful to guild and academy members as possible. Sometimes people just need some advice on a quest or where to find mats. Other times, they may need a quest item that would take a long time for them to obtain on their own. Try to remember what it was like when you were that level or in a similar situation and how you would have liked guild members to respond.

Along the same lines, do NOT beg for power leveling, money, items, or anything else. Many of us are trying to level, too. If you need something, ask nicely. Begging is not necessary.

We do not tolerate scammers in our guild. If we find out someone is scamming, and have proof, we will ban them from WH.

Please keep in mind that we have several younger members. Keep the profanity and such to a minimum. If someone asks you to stop, respect their wishes. We want all members to feel comfortable in guild chat. Feel free to joke around with members, but don’t go overboard. And if you’re feeling uncomfortable, please speak up or say something to an admin. We’ll get it toned down.

We highly value loyalty to the guild. We have a no return policy. If a member leaves WH, they will not be asked back. Please talk with ishi or an admin if there are any issues so that we may avoid that situation.

For transparent backgrounds, I've made a few of my own using Photo Shop Elements, saving it as a .png, and then opening it in Gimp and saving it as the .tga. PSE apparently doesn't support the transparency for .tga files.

Yeah, it really is more of a home than a guild :) There are times I'll get on even though I don't feel like lvling or I'm working on something else just to talk to whoever is on at the time. :D

WitchHaven has been my home guild for about a year and a half now. I was in one guild before this that didn't take off. Jay and I met Andrew in a Mara kq on his little cleric (whom is still a little cleric, LOL). We became good friends with him, and whenever we had problems, he and ishi would come help us out. After a while, we put our clerics in WH. Then when our original guild finally died, we put our mains in, too. They were there for us, taking care of us like their own, before we were even part of the guild. WH will always be my home guild because of that.

Aww, poor Katie. D: I never had any of my teeth pulled out. My sister had 6 of her teeth pulled out. Her wisdom teeth and two in the front that were overlapping others. She swelled up a lot. I laughed and got smacked for it every time. >.>

I might get Ovii to do a sig for me as well. They look really nice. I could do it but she probably uses Photoshop and my computer doesn't have PS but Gimp and Gimp doesn't have as good as brushes as PS yet. Q.Q

Oh, if anyone has a special request, I'd be willing to make something up for you. Just pm me with what you want, like colors, words, style, and ss. To answer your question, there is no such thing as spot claiming, in fact we do not allow spot claiming, every area of the game is meant to be shared. It was nice of you to ask if you could have a few mobs, and we do applaud that sort of kind behavior in a player, however that being said, they also can not tell you no, you can't kill any mobs there as that is not for them to decide.

As for kill stealing, whoever hits the mob first, it is theirs to kill, if you choose to engage a mob after another person or party has made first hit, then that is considered to be kill stealing, and that we do investigate when we receive reports of it because it does violate our ToS.
