Weapon Enhancement

Hello everyone.

Could someone explain the enhancement of weapons for the mages? I have noticed some characters have staffs that have a glow or shine to it and would like to know how to do that myself and more importantly whats the best enhancments for weapons if there is any.

Nice catch mate. That is the same place where I found my information from. One thing to mention though, make sure you read the beginners' gamers' guide and the page that Mineral Accident gave you. Oi remember, enhance at your own risk. Have luck mate, make sure you don't break your staff!

quick tip: buy a second copy of the item you want to enchant BEFORE you start, then enchant them alternatively (+1 the first, then +2 the other, then +3 the third, so on).. then if one of them breaks, you can keep the other, which would be as enchanted as the broken one was.

If you can't afford or can't obtain a second one, or can't afford enchanting two at once, then best to save your cash and not enchant. Enchanting is powerful, but not required to advance in the game (while having that equipment at ALL, along with money for your various other needs IS required),

+5: little blue dots swirdling end tip
+6 little red dot going from middle-end to top
+7 red runes circling end(2 circles of runes, actually, they just cross)
+8 basically a blue version of +7, except maybe not runes
+9 like a little sun at the end, it glows with yellow light, and the stick part glows brighter and fades, brighter and fades...


yes i did get my wand to +9, and these are all based on a rune wand
