Anyways to answer your question it's in your sc backpack. Open up your inventory and click on the button in the lower left corner that looks like a shopping cart. Alternatively press alt+c to enter the cash shop and press escape to exit it, and your backpack will automatically be open. The item you get is a 1 day cat bell(int) which grants 15 defense and 12 int

question, on com/community page for sponsored free items ...why am I being denied items saying I recieved to many...if they are free and sponsored why am I getting a message saying I have gotten too many..and how is it determined as to the amount you can recieve free..

If you got the specified item once already, you can not get it again. You are limited to getting each item once and only once. Attempting to get something more than once results in that message.
