What is a Multi location loader?

What is a Multi location loader? and how do you use it? :D

A Multi Location loader is a consumable item that comes as part of the Ultimate Leveling Kit, currently the only means by which to purchase it.

Upon "use" of the item, it opens a dialog listing the last three locations at which the character using it has used a tracker. That character is then free to pick any of those three locations to which warping is desired.

Some find it immensely useful, some find it totally worthless, most people find it to be somewhere in between.

Is the multi location loader a one-use item or infinite use or time expired item? If it lets you wrap one time only, then this is kinda stupid. But if its infinite use, why would they need to give you 5? Can someone please explain

Consumable = one-time use. So use the five you get wisely.

We've been asking Outspark again and again and again to make the Multi-Location scroll available outside of the Ultimate Leveling Kit. Dozens of players would gladly pony up two or three bucks worth of SC for a five-pack of them.

Why would there be a need to be so chintzy with something you would use frequently. I say a pack of 5 for a $1 or 50 for $5.

Sure, it's another kit, but it's not the Ultimate Leveling Kit (and it's definitely much cheaper than the Ultimate Leveling Kit now). Although it doesn't change the fact that, yes, the Multi-Location Loaders should be available as an individual item separate from a leveling kit.
