My sever keeps disconnecting,i can login and play da game but when i go through the gate to another town when the loadin screen go off it says"you have disconnected from sever".I turned off the firewall and i tried disabling the my security(norton internet security).PLZ HELP ME!!!!!!!!

I apologize for the frustration this has caused. There are many issues that can affect the connection to Outspark.com. If you are using dial up internet you will not be able to connect in an optimal connection. If you are using broadband internet access there should be no problem. You must be aware that all internet games experience some sort of lag from time to time. If you continue to experience this bug/error, please let us at the Outspark Helpdesk know. We would appreciate all the information you can provide such as how many players were involved, what game were you playing, what time, and any computer set-up information that may be relevant. This will help us locate the problem and solve the issue faster.
