The problems with disconnecting may not be on the server side. If it's user-generated issues, OutSpark can't fix that, as such, they won't compensate you for any unused time on the SparkCash item.

Are you just disconnecting or are you receiving an error?

Both, always got disconnected when I vend, only once or twice while I was playing

Then sometimes the map wont load and got stuck, like pvp kq....suspect that it's some wicked user.

The idea that when I go out from home and vend......someone can just bin me and make me d/c everyday is plain insane, that made me lost like 90 sc per day for vending (dango + tycoon)

Sometimes, a person's internet connection will time out or reset. When you're not sending very much information to the server, it's easier for this to happen, as is the case with vending. Also, if your computer is set to "sleep" after a certain amount of inactivity, that could make you dc.

Loading issues between maps, such as loading to the PVP KQ, is an entirely different issue than disconnecting while vending.

Furthermore, I find your use of "someone can just bin me and make me d/c" interesting. Do you think there is some user and/or GM out there who is hitting a button or typing a command to disconnect you? ._.
