This level 40-something quest has you buy a full set of level 30 armor and a Lix tier 2. Having done that, I went to turn it in and... there's no dialogue options to finish quest! She says "good job", but you can't accept! This quest takes 30 silver and gives 25200 exp, so it's pretty important to me. :)
