Patch download error. please help.

im using a windows vista computer, with dual core 3.64GHZ 2GB RAM ATI 256 X13500. it all qualifies the recommended and suggested computer system and components. so dont blame my computer for this problem : i can not auto download the patch, the manual patch given by the GM does not work, it says HTTP 404 not found. will someone help me please? and the funny thing is, first i run Outspark launcher, at the bottom its says: checking for updates to fiesta. and thats it. THAT is all it says for over 3 hours. zNote, i'm at shanghai - - stuck here 'cause of my dad, but i dont think its my internet problem, since i can play WOW, ROSE, guildwars and other stuff. SO!

PLEASE HELP!!!!! :( im really getting tired of waiting for answers that wont help, so GM's!! HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the same problem. I doubt that its where you live cause I'm in the US. It's sucks because I really want to play but the patch won't work. I got it downloaded but when I tried to extract it or open it,it would say that it either can't find it or it is damaged. Please help.
