If i emprove a lvl2 skill, with something (like Lower Sp cost), will that still apply if I buy a higher level of that skill? or will I have to emprove the higher lvl as well?:confused::confused::confused:

The empower skill will not only apply to future upgrades, but they will also increase as you go. :)
So, in short...Yes, they will apply to ALL future skill upgrades.

actually if you do something like ice bolt, it'll only go up with the ice bolt skills, not with the blast, i think

this is a kinda stupid question but how do u empower skills i cant its weird

Open you skills window ( press the "k" button). Now press the "empower" button near the bottom. Another window will open. Left click the skill you want to empower and drag it over to the little empty window at the top of the empowerment page. Now use the little arrows ( up/down) next to the empowerment you want to use. Mouse over the skill at the top to see the changes. When you are satisfied you click the "complete" button to add the powers to the skill.
Beware! once you click the "complete" button it is a done deal. there is no going back and taking the points back off.So make sure you are satisfied with the results before you complete it.
