messed up mouse/screen

for my mouse, when i right click to rotate my camera, the mouse doesnt dissapear, it still shows it while i right click, also i think my computer mouse takes over the game mouse when i play, since it laggs behind it, so i miss click alot and it gets annoying.

for my screen, parts of the game are a little cut off, like on my map or hp/sp bars, like in the image below you can see

so if any1 has any solutions to these, i would appreciate it

p.s. my screen doesnt really look like that, i just zoomed it in for you guys so you can see the cut off parts, changing the resolution doesnt help

Don't play in windowed mode to see all of the screen.

if u read any of my post...i said i dont play in windowed mode....i did it to show a close up on my screen....READ

Sorry, I misinterpretated what you said.

It might be that your video card barely meets game requirements. But, I don't know since I don't know your comp specs.The lines that run vertical through parts of your screen is what made me think that might be your problem.

You can drag your stuff into the picture more but I am sure you are aware of that.
