error conecting to sever (10013 permission denied)

i have downloaded the game and everything, my problem is that when i open the launcher it started to load and then after about 3 seconds it goes to "this page cannot be displayed" and at the bottom of the loader is says "Error conecting to update server: (10013, 'Permission denied')"

i have no clue what is wrong, my operating system is vista, any other info the staff needs to help me i will tell them.

My sister has Vista, but she can play the game (though everything she sees is bright and the texts are pink). If you cannot connect to the server, are you connected to the internet? Any firewalls or proxy on? Check and fix conflict.

same thing just happened to me after ive been playing friday night until about 5 mins ago

actually i have that sort of trouble too only it says... ' <urlopen error> (10061, 'Connection refused'). a really start gettin' desperate... tried everything...

error 10061 is a connection issue. it may be your firewall or internet security... possibly even your router. make sure you meet our minimum requirements for internet connectivity

10013 i haven't seen yet... it could also be a connection issue or you may not have admin priveleges on your computer to connect. try checking those options.

I suggest that you post your issue in the Troubleshooting section of the Game you are experiencing that problem with. This is yield the best results.
