Suggestion: Team PvP KQ Based in GT Arena

The actual battle of the guild tournament has an excellent concept, first to capture the flags or first to 1000 points, but this very fun battle is largely being wasted. Week after week, only one or two guilds enter the tournament, at least in Bijou. I believe this is due to the tendency of the higher level players grouping into the same guild(s), with only a few guilds that can really participate in it. Other guilds do not want to participate because it is not very fun to lose by a large margin.

The guild tournament battle should be made into another type of PvP KQ. The current PvP KQ strongly favors fighters, as they are given the best one vs one skills, and mages as a class have one verse one skills second to fighters. My main character is a cleric and it is very pointless for me to join a PVP KQ.

Every few hours, there should be a "Team Verse Team KQ," set up exactly the same way as the guild tournament battles, flag capturing and 1000 points. Players can be divided randomly to different sides and can make parties before the gates open. The same level brackets as PVP KQ can be used.

Making random teams for this PVP KQ taking place in the GT Arena would ensure teams to generally be fair. I believe this would make for very interesting, and enjoyable battles that all the players of Fiesta can enjoy. Also, all the players of Fiesta wold be able to familiarize themselves with the GT Arena which may make for better Guild Tournaments in the future.

Perhaps if many people seem to be interested in a new PVP KQ based in the GT Arena, OS can work to implement it. Any suggestions or comments?

I like the sounds of a team pvp kq :)
Seems alot more fair. You could be the best in the kq but have the worst on your team and you gotta protect them or else you don't win xP

Actually I found the idea very interesting, however it should not replace the GT. Just, if players were random organized in groups when entering special PvP KQ but placed in a different map, no GT map. Yeah, GT map is great but not for a team PvP KQ. May be another map should be created :P.

I like the idea and find it interesting. However, I'd like to point out that players may not exactly be happy with it if they find themselves on the same team as an incompetent noob who used to pk or ks them.

Perhaps the team selection shouldn't be random?

In my opinion, having things completely random will be the only way to ensure fairness. I'd imagine if there were flexibility for the players to adjust the teams, they would become unbalanced.
