server connection failure

am sorry if some 1 posted about this either stupid or blind :(
i just downloaded the game today not to long ago either everthing is fine i uploaded the patch and everything but when am about to login off the launcher the game comes up and says failure to connect to server can i have some help with this problem :confused:

Make sure that a firewall isn't blocking it first. If that isn't the problem we can move on from there.

my firewall has nothing to do with the game it was always off

Same problem for me.

All my firewalls are down and it still won't work...
