Requirments

4.You must help low levels on occasion. Karma works on MMO's too!!!
5.No Purchasing any gold from any 3rd party persons, and dont over charge anyone. As ELITE Players we need to do our part in the inflation problem in Bijou
In Party Requirments

Fighters will do all tanking. Clerics will only heal, revive and buff. Unless you can prove to heal & tank There will be a designated puller per party, and that puller isnt to pull until current foe is Close to being defeated. Also Keep in mind that your party doesn't want to wait so keep the monsters coming. Archers and mages will stand back and deliver high damage only when tank has Aggro. Do not fire upon large enimies without tank alive holding aggro, Keep mosters off the clerics at all costs. This will ensure the party survives. The point of this guild is to have ELITE parties and dominate foe's. There is no "I" in "TEAM". Edicate is a must. You will get kicked from ELITE for trash talking of other guilds or players and KS'n , If we are spawn camping and another group walks up, to kill what u are camping , alternate kills please.

I had a +5 Mace until today when I sold it and bought a lvl 20 hammer. The mace was lvl 15, and way outdated for my needs. I can currently make all tier 1 stones, and half of the tier 1 scrolls. The only hard part to get my weap back up to +5 is to buy another one. During the enhancing process, I up one, then the other. 1 by 1. This way if one breaks, I still have one to use, and it is either the same or 1 lower than the one that broke. I would like to join a guild so I may learn more aspects of the game. I know how to use my char in and out of parties and I already help lower level players. So if the +5 weapon can be overlooked for now, I would make a great asset to the guild. Is this guild really created by elite people? The "fighters only do tanking..." part is specifically for 4-5 people party, but it doesn't specify it. Also, puller shouldn't wait until the monster is defeated to pull, because that is very slow. The puller should estimate when the monster will die and start pull another monster. The goal is to let the second monster arrive as the same time as the first monster dies. A tank can do two monsters for sure, so just a small period of time for tanking two monsters is totally ok. Of course, if you are below lv25 and try to grind in cp, the tank may not be able to tank two m monsters at a time. However, elite won't go to cp at lv below 25...

By the way, if clerics are only for healing, what's the point of having a +5 weapon...

good point sorsorday about the clerics. im not too proud to learn thats the point of a team. I appreciate your input. If you have more input on how gameplay is mastered, please feel free to voice it.

Level 36 cleric. even split spr end. balanced to solo and party. +4 mace. can't afford to break it now. level 30 Stuff is expensive and i'm saving for level 40. i always fight red monsters way above my level and happy to bring low level parties with me. i'm very proficent at cleric tanking or party healing. currently grinding goblin camp. i soloed my first uruga chicken at level 31. I make t2 stones, scrolls, and pots. working on my t2 decomp. can decomp dim dust. copper. crude leather.

I'm currently in lumox clan but they are never online or party. when i run across other clan members they never bother to say hi or invite me to party. so not worth my time. clerics have 2 jobs in a party. heal and back up tank in case mobs go after archer or mage. and to take over monster if tank dies til tank can be revived. I know how to make money in game and i make it fast. unfortunately skills and having best equipment is expensive at my level. I always have top abilities.

The reason i want to join elite is beacuse I'v been looking for a PVP guild for quiet a while now and elite sounds kinda cool. also I like the way you say its gonna work with partys with fighters tanking the cleric healing and archers and mages pulling and providing help with ranged attacks.i also think its cool that theres gonna be a test :P beacuse you can't just let anyone join the guild.

lol, it isnt THAT bad dude. There are just a bunch of noobs who try tanking as archers and mages, which dont work well... its just a simple test to see if you play your class the way it is designed to be played. and no one said the guild master was great with spelling, LMAO....
