I hope you can read well enough to understand this. The best thing to do is decide for yourself but I'll give you some guidelines.
END is the old classic, this gives you hp, def, and shield block. After 50 points the shield block starts to fall off and isn't much worth it.
STR is damage, 1 point of str is 1.2 damage and it ignores all defense. This is really noticeable on things with really high defense as it reduces you damage to nearly nothing but the str keeps it up high.
DEX I find kind of useless(get it on gear it's better there), aim scrolls make you 100% accurate so all you get is a tiny evasion boost, not worth wasting free points on.
INT is 100% worthless, only for mages, don't get any.
SPR is nice to 25 points, gives extra crit and a tiny bit of magic defense, but the crit is what it's for.
My build is 25 spr, 50 end, rest in str. You don't have to follow that, and I'm claiming it's the be all end all build but I like it, good combination of defense stats and offensive.

Off topic: There are two things that have always puzzled me: (1) Why people insist on trying to play games that are in languages they do not really understand; and (2) why people apparently cannot see the stickied guides at the top of each class's section.
On topic: For the dedicated party cleric, full END is a solid choice, giving you maximum HP, def, and block rate. However, if you are willing to try something different, a 30-to-50 DEX, rest END hybrid is also quite effective provided you can find lots of good DEX gear.

(1) Why people insist on trying to play games that are in languages they do not really understand;
Because most games (especially the popular ones) are English. We could go and play other versions but we all know they suck because of less players / less popularity... Plus we like to / want to practice English online. My English sucks too, but I still play. So? Even a native speaker can ask stupid questions and can fail at English (hey, at least I know the difference between there and their). This game is open for EVERYONE, and we deserve playing it, just like you. Don't think we worth less... =/ And sorry, no offence, but this always makes me angry.
And for the stats, just go pure END, clerics should support others and you will need the extra def and HP to survive longer.

For the record, I have nothing against non-native speakers, nor do I particularly have anything for native speakers -- as you pointed out, they can fail horribly at English, too. I do, however, have a lot against players who are completely and conspicuously USELESS because they (for example) do not really know English and thus cannot read their skill descriptions, cannot read their stats, cannot read their quests, cannot read the map, cannot read what everyone else is saying to them, and in general cannot understand what they are supposed to be doing.
(Incidentally, your English does not suck.)

i agree and approve that a full end build is the way to go as it will be beneficial to the pt, in this game evry1 knows the cleric is the 10ft thick brick wall as they can take a beating when fighters get stunned we are there to be the ones who keep the pt going and our str is pretty useless when it comes to soloing so i would recommend going full END/25SPR AND GET STR DEX SPR GEARS AND HAVE THEM ALL +10 FOR THE DEFENSE

Well, this is a common problem in MMOs... Some people (English or non-English speakers) just start to play these games without any background information and they end up as an epic fail. That's why I read guides before playing, but I know most people skip them (hell, they even skip in-game tutorials). -_- When I started playing MMOs 6 years ago, my English was worse, but I learned many things online. I had to use the dictionary often, but who cares? Now I almost never need it anymore. Everyone should be able to improve themselves... most people are just too lazy to even try.
And thank you, I'm trying my best to become better. c:
