Stats for High DPS for Neo?

Hey, Haven't played this game in... a LONG time. I looked at my stats on my old Neo and realized, it's weak.

I was wondering if someone could direct me to a guide or tell me what stats I should put up for the highest dps rate this class has to offer?

Pure AGI with just enough POW for new shields til 66. That should keep you busy for a bit.
