I cannot use my Scroll Skills

I do not understand what is wrong with my scroll skills - I already have activated the skill and bought all the skills. I have the materials, the icons are lit in yellow... but when I click on it it says "The Production Skill has not been obtained yet." I did buy the things and right click them into my skills area and they registered. Goodness knows I have enough fame. Is this some sort of problem only I am having?
I can't even make Teir 1 scrolls!

Someone please help me?

I use to have problems with scrolls when I was starting out. You have to learn the right scroll. I'll give you step by step, because it was what I wanted when I was having problems.

1- Go to Skill Master Ruby. She is in Rouman at the top of the stairs to the higher half of the town. Talk to her and click purchase.

2- Click on the Alchemy button at the top. (There will be three large buttons, Active, Passive, and Alchemy.) With a new character, clicking on the Alchemy tab will prompt you to choose your skills. So you would choose scroll production skills.

3- Use the small arrow at the bottom of the window to go right. Click it once and you will see colored scrolls.

4- Right Click on SPELL SCROLL: Accuracy Increase (Tier 1) The skill will then be placed into your inventory.

5- Close Shop window and Open Inventory. Right Click on purple scroll. You will see light around you and you will have learned the production of the Accuracy Increase.

6- To make scroll: Open the Skill window and click on the Alchemy Tab. You will now see your scroll production skill. RIGHT CLICK.

7- A new window titled Alchemy will appear. Given that you have all the required items, you can now make a scroll. Make sure your Power Scroll is Highlighted, and make sure you have all the items listed to the right, and then click produce. This should make the scroll just purchased!

Yellow doesn't mean you can use it yet. Only if it's in blue then you can do some producing.

For production, many things have 'skill requirement'. Everytime you make a scroll, your scroll production skill will go up by 1 point. For making scroll like Tier 1 Vitality Scroll, you need 300 skill points in order to make it. So you'd need to make 300 scrolls which you are able to make, before you get the to 300 skill points for making Vitality scroll.
