I'm Confused

I seem to have aquired titles with this character that I havent with the other and I dont know what they mean. I've just got stammerer, fiesta rookie and fiesta citezen. Not sure why tho. Can someone explain this??

For stammerer, you didn't speak for a set amount of time, for the two others, you were logged in for a set time period.
