I don't recall if its a level 50 or 51 quest but the NPC asks you to kill a specially named Harkan (not the reqular ones) for aloe pieces (10).
I found out the quest was either a bug or misleading as you can get all 10 aloe's off regular harkans, instead of the ones named in the quest description
